OneOffice offers a complete office solution. OneOffice was set up to develop and support a business solution for small and medium sized enterprises. We provide three services:

How long does it take to activate my service ?
Please allow 24 - 48 hours for all services to be activated (NB not including mail forwarding).
Please be advised that we cannot activate any service until after the initial payment has been made.
What is the minimum term?
Our minimum term is three months - we require three months payment in advance.
One month is for the activation of your service(s). The additional two
months act as a deposit, should you wish to terminate your service(s)
at any time.
How do I terminate my account ?
In the event that you wish to terminate your service(s), please be advised that we require two months written notice.
Once you have adhered to this requirement, the two months deposit
initially paid when activating your service(s) will go into effect.
Your services will be activated for an additional two months at no
additional cost.
What payment options do I have?
Monthly payments for any of our services can be made in any of the following ways:
- Credit Card (VISA, MASTERCARD, SWITCH, SOLO, etc.)
- Cheque
- BACS Transfer
