All business correspondence sent to the Mayfair address is forwarded
daily at no extra cost and with no added, per item fees. OneOffice also
offer a receptionist service, during office hours, for recorded delivery
items that need signing for and a mail log service to record each letter or
delivery received in your company name.
Mail Log
Each letter that is received in your company name is recorded. You may
request your mail log at any time, free of charge, in the event you are
expecting a letter that you do not receive.
A space of your own!
Meeting Rooms
For those times when you need space of your own, our meeting rooms
offer an ideal solution. Meeting clients at the address used on your
correspondence reinforces your company credibility. Our office spaces and
meeting rooms are entirely neutral and contain no virtual office branding
inside or outside the building that could detract from your company
image.
The £30 per hour fee includes a trained receptionist who will meet and
greet your clients and erve tea/coffee if requested.
Office Space
Should you wish to upgrade to a permanent office space, we have
offices within Mayfair House available to rent.
