The OneOffice Phone System works as an upgrade from our standard telephone answering service. As your business grows and you hire your own staff you can answer your own calls and save money.
OneOffice can set up your telephone answering service with a main switchboard number and you can also subscribe to the phone system. If clients wish to speak to you directly they can call your direct line number.

This service helps to reduce your OneOffice telephone answering bill. Most new clients will call your switchboard number to start with, but will then start to call you directly once you give out your direct line.

All phones allocated to your business will be on the same network. So when we answer your calls, we will transfer the call to you for free. There is no per minute fee, wherever you are in the world.
